THE GLORIOUS CHURCH was born on the 9th January 2007, when the Lord put in the heart of His servant Sebastian Muanza, a burden of His flock scattered with no one to look after it. The Lord showed him clearly the danger of the flock being without a shepherd and also the importance of him (Sebastian Muanza) taking this responsibility as soon as possible ; to gather, to feed, to teach and to prepare and make it (the flock) ready for the marriage with the Lamb (Revelation 19:7). The man of God understood exactly what the Lord was communicating to him. The vision was clear: there are God’s people who need a Shepherd to put them together. This people must be fed, perfected by teaching, and prepared for Christ. The mission was also clearly understood: make the bride ready for Christ.
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,
but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—
from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
THE HAND WITH FIVE FINGERS:
Are the five ministries; from right to left: apostle, prophet, evangelist, teacher and pastor. We believe that the church needs all the five ministers to work together in order to achieve the great job of the Kingdom of God. Ephesians 4:11
is the word of God which is the foundation of our faith and belief. The source of our strength, inspiration and teachings.
Jesus Christ is the sun; He is giving His light to the Five ministers enabling them to shine in their turn to the work of the ministry.
THE PURPLE COLOR:
is the color of the tabernacle
THE RED COLOR:
it represents the blood of Jesus which gives the Church victory of all kind of attack against it. Revelations 12:11
THE GOLD COLOR:
(on the sun) is the color of kingship. Jesus is our King. He is the one leading our church.
THE WHITE COLOR:
(on the Bible) is the truth, and the clearness, the lamp which show us the way to the father.
